To make handling the apple easier and make a LITTLE less of a mess, stick those corn holds in the apple and have him use those for grips! A trick I learned doing this with Kindergarteners!
That is SUCH a good idea!
I doubt there are many Fall activities more popular than apple prints...except maybe carving pumpkins.
